How do I get beef?

Our premium beef is sold through private contract direct to customers. This allows us to ensure every cut exceeds your expectations and keeps our foundational belief of feeding our community. Please contact us at hunterlewisbeef@gmail.com for availability and purchase

How much beef do I have to buy?

There is no minimum order limit. You can purchase just one steak or a whole beef-whatever fits the needs of your family. Beef Reservations are available for quarter, half, or whole beef and beef by-the-cut is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Is this USDA prime?

Our beef is USDA inspected for health and safety, per federal regulations, but not USDA graded.

Why isn’t it graded?

We believe that the USDA grading system (based on marbling appearance) cannot properly determine the quality of Hunter Lewis beef. To more accurately represent our cuts, we label and grade our beef based on key additional traits like fat melting point, external fat, and tenderness.
