Reservations are now open for our 2022 beef and we’re pleased to have both our Gold and Signature label beef available for direct delivery. A limited amount of both Gold and Signature Label by-the-cut beef will still be available late summer on a first-come, first-served basis.

Prior customers will have priority and a reduced deposit.

Special Notes: Our Gold Label beef provides more beef per cut, with increased leanness and tenderness. Our Signature Label beef is similar in weight and marbling to traditional USDA-Prime beef. Please see this page to learn more about our labeling.
